Pricing
Every engagement is priced in writing before any work begins. Here is exactly how that works.

How our pricing works
Sampu Dynamics delivers bespoke engineering services — digital platform building, process engineering, and technical system analysis. Because every engagement is scoped to a specific organization and outcome, we do not sell off-the-shelf packages at list prices. Instead, every engagement follows the same pricing structure:
- Free discovery call. A focused conversation to understand the goal and constraints. No charge, no obligation.
- Written proposal with a fixed price. Before any work begins you receive a written scope stating the deliverables, the timeline, and the price in South African Rand (ZAR). Nothing is billed that was not agreed in writing.
- Milestone billing. Larger projects are billed in stages: a deposit to commence work, with the balance invoiced against agreed milestones or on delivery. The split is stated in the proposal.
- Ongoing support (optional). Where a client wants continued support after delivery, it runs as a monthly retainer at a rate agreed in writing, cancellable under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What affects the price
- The scope and complexity of the system being built, re-engineered, or assessed.
- The timeline, and whether delivery must fit fixed external deadlines.
- Third-party costs (hosting, licences, infrastructure), which are itemised separately in the proposal and passed through at cost.
Payment
Invoices are issued in South African Rand and are payable by EFT or by card. Card payments are processed securely by Paystack, a licensed third-party payment provider; Sampu Dynamics never sees or stores your card details. Payment terms (including due dates) are stated on each proposal and invoice.
